Center Of Excellence<\/h3>\n

The Center of Excellence (COE) is a high-performance training program designed for players who are serious about advancing to the next level, both on and off the field. Each 90-minute session focuses on the technical and physical foundations needed to compete at the highest level.<\/p>\n

COE is for those who aspire to be their best, not just in soccer, but in character. Players don’t need to be elite to join, but they must bring passion, purpose, and a drive to improve.<\/p>\n

Rooted in the WNY Flash core values: Commitment, Humility, Honesty, Respect, Hard Work, and Discipline. COE helps shape players into complete athletes and people.<\/p>\n

If your goal is to play at the highest level and grow into the best version of yourself, COE is where it begins.<\/p>\n

Session I:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sahlen’s Sports Park<\/p>\n

Dates:<\/strong> Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Dec. 7, 14, 21<\/p>\n

Time:<\/strong> U8\/U10: Sundays 4:00-5:30pm<\/p>\n

U11\/U12: Sundays 5:30-7:00pm<\/p>\n

Cost:\u00a0<\/strong>$200<\/p>\n

Session II:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sahlen’s Sports Park<\/p>\n

Dates:<\/strong> Jan. 4, 11, 18, 25, Feb. 1, 15, 22, March 1<\/p>\n

Time:<\/strong> U8\/U10: Sundays 4:00-5:30pm<\/p>\n

U11\/U12: Sundays 5:30-7:00pm<\/p>\n
